Location: Hybrid (Must be based in New York, 2 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Lead and grow the IT team, managing identity lifecycles via Okta and enforcing least-privilege access.
• Manage macOS and mobile fleet via MDM (Kandji/Iru) and maintain endpoint security with CrowdStrike.
• Administer and govern AI platforms (e.g., Claude Enterprise) and optimize the broader SaaS stack.
• Build automation using scripting and API integrations to reduce manual IT toil.
• Partner with Security and Privacy teams on SOC 2 and ISO compliance audit cycles.
• Oversee on-prem infrastructure and physical office technology, including AV and networking.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT experience with a modern tech stack, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Deep hands-on experience with Okta (SSO, SCIM) and macOS MDM platforms (Kandji, Jamf).
• Experience administering AI platforms such as Claude Enterprise or Microsoft Copilot.
• Proven track record supporting compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Must be based in New York and able to work from the office 2 days per week.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python) for lightweight automation.
• Experience managing distributed or hybrid teams.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
