What you will do

• Secure and expand clinical placement partnerships with healthcare organizations to ensure student access to training.
• Coordinate the end-to-end affiliation agreement process between academic partners and clinical institutions.
• Maintain organized records of executed agreements, partnership contacts, and documentation.
• Partner with leadership to align clinical capacity with enrollment projections and program launch timelines.
• Support healthcare program launches by establishing clinical partnership infrastructure for regulatory and accreditation approval.
• Collaborate with internal teams to reduce placement bottlenecks and improve the overall student experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, clinical education, workforce development, or healthcare partnerships.
• Experience managing complex coordination efforts involving multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Experience managing contracts, affiliation agreements, or partnership coordination processes.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills for engaging executive-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with clinical education models, healthcare program operations, and accreditation considerations.
• Understanding of clinical onboarding or compliance-related processes.
• Experience using partnership tracking systems, CRM platforms, or operational workflow tools.
