Location: Hybrid (Mexico City). Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico without sponsorship.

What you will do
- Execute the annual MedEd plan aligned with Marketing and Sales priorities to drive therapeutic adoption and revenue.
- Orchestrate educational activities across in-person, hybrid, and digital formats, including VR and simulation labs.
- Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Clinical Specialists, and Medical Liaisons for strategic planning and participant targeting.
- Manage speaker selection and ensure the delivery of clinically relevant, compliant, and high-quality content.
- Track KPIs and program effectiveness using dashboards and platforms such as Smartsheet and Cvent.
- Manage budgets and ensure strict adherence to internal compliance and financial control processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences, Marketing, Education, Communication, or Business.
- 6-8 years of professional experience in Medical Education, Marketing, or Commercial roles within the MedTech or Pharma sectors.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1).
- Legal authorization to work in Mexico without sponsorship.
- Proven experience in event execution and direct coordination with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and speakers.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
