What you will do

• Design and execute ongoing clinical education programs for practicing nurses, including specialty training and evidence-based practice updates.
• Build and manage an internal Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preparation program to drive certification rates.
• Develop curriculum focused on oncology comorbidities to ensure nurses are equipped for complex member needs.
• Facilitate live training sessions and manage a library of asynchronous clinical learning content.
• Translate quality audit findings into targeted clinical education interventions to improve care standards.
• Track clinical education OKRs and report on program health using data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Active RN licensure required
• 5+ years of clinical experience, preferably in oncology or high-acuity settings
• OCN certification required
• Proven experience building or supporting clinical certification preparation programs
• Strong program management skills with the ability to run multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Experience designing clinical education content for hospital or health tech environments

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CE/CME accreditation processes
• Exposure to quality improvement methodologies
