What you will do
- Generate new business revenue by prospecting brands, agencies, and performance-driven advertisers.
- Manage a predictable pipeline by consistently sourcing, qualifying, and advancing new opportunities.
- Execute a strong outbound prospecting motion using phone, email, LinkedIn, and professional networking.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to pitch, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Policy teams to improve go-to-market strategies.
- Act as an internal advocate for new clients to ensure successful onboarding and scaling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or sales development.
- English proficiency is required.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system.
- Ability to effectively demonstrate value propositions to clients.
- Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
