What you will do

  • Generate new business revenue by prospecting brands, agencies, and performance-driven advertisers.
  • Manage a predictable pipeline by consistently sourcing, qualifying, and advancing new opportunities.
  • Execute a strong outbound prospecting motion using phone, email, LinkedIn, and professional networking.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to pitch, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Policy teams to improve go-to-market strategies.
  • Act as an internal advocate for new clients to ensure successful onboarding and scaling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or sales development.
  • English proficiency is required.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system.
  • Ability to effectively demonstrate value propositions to clients.
  • Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil.

  • Digital advertising industry experience.
