Location: Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil (Onsite role).

What you will do

  • Execute outbound call campaigns and follow up on marketing leads to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with field account executives to develop and implement territory sales strategies.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and coordinate internal processes for opportunity development.
  • Drive penetration of product lines into existing client accounts.
  • Conduct business meetings using video conferencing technology.

Requirements

  • 5-9 years of experience in B2B lead generation or technical sales.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Proven track record in managing the full sales lifecycle and achieving quotas.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and enterprise selling tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
