What you will do

• Conduct virtual training sessions for new hires on all aspects of loss control field inspection.
• Develop and prepare training materials aligned with NEIS and client-specific requirements.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of trainees' field inspections to ensure accuracy.
• Provide ongoing mentoring and feedback to new hires as they progress through the training program.
• Collaborate with managers by providing detailed progress reports on trainees.
• Support regular QA review work as needed.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Loss Control process and the LC360 program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a reviewer.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions to meet company goals.
• Strong judgment, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, and email.
• Reliable internet access for home-based work.
