• Identify and document property hazards and conditions according to client guidelines.

• Communicate professionally with field representatives regarding report deficiencies or clarifications.
• Ensure all reports meet quality, content, and consistency standards before completion.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and organizational strengths.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
