What you will do

• Conduct thorough investigations for assigned casualty and liability claims.
• Perform on-site inspections of property, structures, vehicles, and accident scenes.
• Document findings through detailed notes, photographs, measurements, and diagrams.
• Evaluate loss facts, coverage, liability, and exposure to support claim handling.
• Obtain statements from insureds, claimants, and witnesses as required.
• Coordinate with examiners, carriers, attorneys, and other claim participants to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional adjusting experience.
• Active adjuster license(s) and ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local/regional travel.
• Experience with commercial/residential property, general liability, or casualty claims.
• Proficiency with claims platforms and estimating tools like Xactimate.
• Strong investigative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
