Location: Must be local to San Jose, CA or Austin, TX. No relocation provided.

Salary: $132,600–$212,200

What you will do

  • Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders within major accounts.
  • Design and execute effective sales strategies to secure new business and increase market share.
  • Expand the customer installed base of testers to drive engineering and production business.
  • Act as a champion for customer needs to ensure alignment with hirify.global’s strategic objectives.
  • Oversee business operations, including tester installations, upgrades, forecasting, quoting, and order booking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in capital equipment sales within the semiconductor industry.
  • Must be based locally in San Jose, CA or Austin, TX.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Proven track record in discovering new business and driving growth in existing accounts.
  • Ability to carry auto liability insurance due to automotive responsibilities.
