What you will do
- Lead pre- and post-sales campaigns and manage/grow software adoption across the territory for all software platforms.
- Drive account strategy for a defined set of large and small accounts with existing or potential business.
- Build and grow customer relationships across all levels of customer organizations to connect solutions to customer business problems.
- Coordinate customer interactions between Product Marketing/Engineering and sales/field AE resources to support adoption and growth.
- Translate customer needs into viable solutions internally to technical teams and support long-term roadmap alignment.
- Apply knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing ecosystems and digital/analog/mixed-signal flows (plus) to guide technical discussions.
Requirements
- 5–10 years in sales and account management or as an Applications Engineer or Design Engineer with a proven track record.
- Deep technical knowledge and experience with functional and formal verification tools/methodology.
- Experience with verification tools such as Xcelium, Jasper, Verisium, and Vmanager (or equivalent tools from other vendors).
- Deep understanding of electronic systems and HW design.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, or a bachelor’s degree with technical sales experience.

- Annual salary range for California: $192,000–$288,000, plus potential incentive compensation (bonus, equity) and benefits.
