What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner and point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients to ensure goals and expectations are exceeded.
  • Analyze service trends and root causes to develop and implement high-impact process improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Training, Sales, and Implementation teams to align client needs with internal execution.
  • Manage and resolve client escalations with urgency and professionalism to strengthen trust.
  • Prepare and deliver data-driven client-facing reports and presentations to communicate performance and successes.
  • Support client onboarding and go-live activities, providing subject matter expertise during solution discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2–5 years of client management experience with success managing projects and/or teams.
  • 2–5 years of experience in customer care, service center, or call center environments.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work standard hours of 8am-5pm Central Time.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting HR technology solutions or benefits administration.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role within a Service Center environment.
  • Experience supporting large-scale implementations or Annual Enrollment periods.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
