TL;DR

Client Solutions Manager: Facilitating smooth client implementations and managing benefit program rollouts with an accent on stakeholder communication and risk mitigation. Focus on ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction and operational efficiency within a healthcare benefits environment.

Location: Must be based in the United States. Role requires 3 days a week in the office for those reporting to the New York office.

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000

What you will do

  • Manage existing client implementations, plan year rollovers, and off-peak projects.
  • Facilitate relationships with internal and external partners, including carriers and vendors.
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Ensure high levels of satisfaction among clients, consultants, and partners.
  • Maintain implementation project plans and benefit grids within the CRM system.
  • Support resource training and readiness to ensure successful go-live events.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in a similar implementation or client management role.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in a healthcare or benefits environment is preferred.

Nice to have

  • PMP Certification or similar professional certifications.
