Salary: $109,650 – $129,000 USD (US) / $152,410 – $179,310 CAD (Canada)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new and existing customers as the primary point of contact.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
• Provide technical guidance on data migration, system integrations, and platform configuration.
• Validate transit data sources like GTFS, AVL, and GPS feeds to ensure high performance.
• Conduct live training sessions and provide ongoing troubleshooting to drive platform adoption.
• Leverage AI tools to identify patterns, automate repeatable tasks, and improve implementation methodologies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States, Ontario, or British Columbia.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in implementation management, project management, or a similar SaaS role.
• Technical fluency with data sources like GTFS, AVL, and GPS feeds.
• Experience with both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Ability to travel 4 to 8 times per year for customer-facing work and team offsites.
• No visa sponsorship available.
