Salary: $213,000/yr on average (guaranteed base + equity + benefits)

What you will do
- Perform virtual examinations, evaluate, diagnose, and document treatment plans for patients of all ages.
- Manage pediatric and adult patients for acute care, including chronic disease and mental health conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and provide patient counseling and education.
- Collaborate with provider and support teams, requesting consultations or referrals when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical research and provide administrative support for lab results.
Requirements
- Completion of 3-year residency in Family, Internal, or Emergency Medicine.
- 3+ years post-residency experience in fast-paced Urgent Care or Primary Care outpatient settings.
- Active ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
- Active and unrestricted state medical license; residing in an IMLC state is required.
- Completion of U.S. Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) and eligibility for the IMLCC.
- Must maintain active Medicare status and be clear of any federal or state healthcare program sanctions.
Nice to have
- Multistate licensure.
- Telemedicine or virtual care experience with video-based visits.
- Experience and proficiency with Athena EMR.
- Experience and interest in supervising Nurse practitioners.
