What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatments via text, phone, and video.
• Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions and provide wellness counseling.
• Produce clear, efficient encounter notes demonstrating strong medical decision-making.
• Collaborate with physicians in states where required by law.
• Utilize proprietary AI-powered tools and EMR systems to support patient care.

Requirements

• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum 5 years of primary care experience, including adults and pediatrics.
• Active, unrestricted NP licenses in at least 7 U.S. states (including at least 2 of CA, TX, or FL).
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses upon hire.
• Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and patient engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, technology-driven environment.
