What you will do

  • Co-lead the Everyday Care program, ensuring alignment between clinical outcomes and operational goals.
  • Directly supervise and mentor a team of Nurse Practitioners supporting digital and portal-based visits.
  • Architect clinical protocols for medication management, diagnostics, and specialist referrals.
  • Partner with AI and Product teams to refine human-AI operating models and clinical decision trees.
  • Serve as the clinical backstop for complex cases and digital triage escalations.
  • Monitor clinical quality, safety reports, and performance trends to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Board-certified physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred) with 5+ years of clinical practice.
  • Proven experience leading and managing clinicians in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of building or scaling clinical programs from 0 to 1.
  • Ability to translate clinical needs into technical requirements for product and engineering teams.
  • Deep curiosity for AI/LLM-based tools and their application in clinical workflows.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with virtual care or telehealth platforms.
  • Background in Medicare populations or digital health triage systems.
