Salary: $275,000 - $380,000 / year base salary

What you will do

• Lead and scale national interdisciplinary care teams for the full acute care continuum.
• Develop and own the strategy for episodic care in post-ED, post-hospital, and post-acute phases.
• Implement AI-enabled systems to personalize high-value care pathways and improve clinical outcomes.
• Build and scale a high-touch virtual in-home observation program for patients at high risk of rehospitalization.
• Serve as the Medical Leader for the Patient Safety Organization (PSO) to implement enterprise-wide quality standards.

Requirements

• Board-certified physician (Emergency, Internal, or Family Medicine preferred) with 5+ years of clinical practice.
• Proven experience leading and managing clinicians and advanced practice providers.
• Track record of building or scaling a clinical program or service line from scratch.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to shape technology-driven care.
• Must be based in the USA.
