What you will do

• Deliver primary care within an interdisciplinary team, managing complex diagnostic dilemmas and chronic disease needs.
• Provide clinical supervision, teaching, and quality oversight to a team of Advanced Practice Providers.
• Lead weekly interdisciplinary rounds and readmission conferences for high-risk patients.
• Drive innovation by developing new clinical processes and leveraging AI-enabled technology.
• Build and iterate on quality measures and balanced scorecards for primary care delivery.
• Hold collaborative practice agreements with APPs across multiple states.

Requirements

• Board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrated commitment to primary care and serving diverse patient populations.
• Passion for measuring and improving quality of care delivery.
• Ability to manage change and drive innovation in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers or other healthcare professionals.
• Experience with virtual primary care models.
• Proven track record of running clinical programs.
