Salary: $235,000 - $245,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 30-40 clinicians, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
• Oversee Clinical Leads to provide day-to-day guidance and ensure the highest standards of clinical practice.
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols to ensure adherence to evidence-based obesity care.
• Analyze business data and KPIs, focusing on billing, coding completion, and utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to improve patient engagement and telemedicine service efficiency.
• Align clinical strategies with overall business goals and stay current on regulatory changes in obesity medicine.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• ABIM certified endocrinologist or ABOM certification.
• Valid medical license in relevant US states.
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Director or Clinical Management experience managing at least 8-10 clinicians.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in obesity medicine.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), Public Administration, or Public Health.
• Proven experience in telemedicine practice management and telehealth technologies.
