What you will do

• Provide technical support for Nextest internal test systems and testcells across all product lines.
• Conduct routine maintenance, upgrades, and calibration of test systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and resolve hardware and software issues using logs and performance data.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and IT teams to support system integration and functionality.
• Liaise with external vendors and partners to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain detailed technical records and strictly adhere to ESD safety practices.

Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in supporting engineering test systems and test cells.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in complex systems.
• Ability to analyze system logs and performance data for diagnosis.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, production, and IT teams.
