Salary: $98,400 - $147,600

What you will do
- Serve as the technical owner for software automation supporting manufacturing acceptance and visual inspection stations.
- Provide expert-level support for production-critical issues to minimize operational risk and downtime.
- Lead application enhancements, migrations, and the modernization of legacy tools to enterprise-aligned solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to manage technical risk and coordinate software releases.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive SDLC documentation, including requirements, testing, and release protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of software engineering experience, or a Master's degree.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire (sponsorship is not available for this role).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication competencies.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in National Instruments LabVIEW and TestStand.
- Experience with automated test equipment integration and automation of test instrumentation.
- Experience working in medical device manufacturing or other highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of equipment configuration management, source control, and Digital IO.
- Experience modernizing legacy applications and working with manufacturing traceability systems.
