What you will do

• Perform manual and automated calibrations, adjustments, and limited repairs on test and measurement equipment at customer locations.
• Complete calibration services within assigned timeframes and maintain accurate data in tracking systems and databases.
• Create calibration data sheets efficiently using instrument specifications and approved procedures.
• Ensure all documentation meets customer, ISO, and quality management system requirements.
• Serve as the primary company representative at customer sites, handling technical clarifications and repair requests.
• Participate in RBS activities, including daily scheduling, visual management, and Kaizen events.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of related experience in calibration or field service.
• Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, or protected individual) due to ITAR export control regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company vehicle requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• College degree or two-year technical certification.
• Military Metrology / Calibration training (e.g., PMEL or TMDE).
• Experience calibrating equipment in torque, pressure, or physical dimensional disciplines.
