TL;DR

Learning Design Consultant (Education/Fintech): Designing and developing innovative training solutions and performance support tools to meet business objectives with an accent on eLearning, instructional design, and LMS management. Salary: $79,000 – $96,000 CAD

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain eLearning, workshops, and social learning materials.
• Provide technical support and administration for the learning management system.
• Create interactive instructional materials for both synchronous and asynchronous education.
• Consult with the learning and development team on project design strategies.
• Edit course materials and facilitate training programs and meetings.
• Translate complex ideas into clear written and visual content.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• University degree in a learning, design, or communication-related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in learning design.
• Proficiency with LMS and eLearning authoring tools like Captivate, Lectora, or Storyline.
• Sound knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methods.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with web development technologies (HTML, JavaScript).
• Background in graphic design and course content development.
