Salary: $60,000 – $85,000 CAD

What you will do

• Develop training deliverables and internal communications to educate support teams on platform releases.
• Design and implement diverse learning modalities including eLearning, virtual sessions, and microlearning.
• Consult with cross-functional stakeholders to assess learning needs and synthesize complex information.
• Integrate AI authoring tools to accelerate content development and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain the LMS course library, ensuring accuracy, version control, and technical relevance.
• Analyze learner feedback and performance data to continuously optimize training effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Support Enablement, Instructional Design, or Learning Ops within SaaS or HealthTech.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and digital learning tools like Articulate, 360Learning, or Camtasia.
• Strong understanding of instructional design concepts such as ADDIE, UDL, and Accessibility standards.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create learner-focused materials.
• Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions for performance enhancement.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
