Salary: $212,800 – $362,800 USD

What you will do
- Lead the design and stewardship of the division-wide impact model and shared outcomes aligned to Ambition 2045.
- Establish and govern shared measurement standards, definitions, and reporting norms across portfolios.
- Synthesize cross-portfolio insights to inform leadership tradeoffs, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Design and facilitate structured forums to embed learning throughout the strategy and investment lifecycle.
- Provide leadership for the MLE community of practice to ensure coherence and quality of deliverables.
- Partner with the AI Enablement hub to integrate AI-enabled learning systems into the MLE process.
Requirements
- Unrestricted work authorization in the US is required (no sponsorship available).
- Advanced degree in economics, public policy, education, statistics, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in measurement, evaluation, research, or analytics.
- Demonstrated experience designing and leading complex measurement and learning systems at scale.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment in matrixed, ambiguous environments.
- Exceptional executive-level communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
