TL;DR

Senior Manager, Business Operations: Leading the scaling and success of the Business Operations function with an accent on strategic planning, cross-functional execution, and performance monitoring. Location: Must be based in the United States (excluding Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Mississippi, Nebraska, Montana, New Hampshire, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia).

Salary: $138,800 – $194,300 Annually

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives from definition through execution, including new product launches.
  • Establish and run the division's operating rhythm, including annual planning and quarterly business reviews.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams like Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to align priorities and remove blockers.
  • Develop strategies based on rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis of market dynamics and business goals.
  • Drive adoption of shared dashboards and KPIs to maintain visibility into business performance.
  • Serve as a key member of the Consumer Services leadership team.

Requirements

  • 6-12 years of experience in strategy or business operations, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology company.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence for stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong bias to action and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and reside in an eligible state.
