Salary: $138,800 – $194,300 Annually

What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives from definition through execution, including new product launches.
- Establish and run the division's operating rhythm, including annual planning and quarterly business reviews.
- Partner with cross-functional teams like Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to align priorities and remove blockers.
- Develop strategies based on rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis of market dynamics and business goals.
- Drive adoption of shared dashboards and KPIs to maintain visibility into business performance.
- Serve as a key member of the Consumer Services leadership team.
Requirements
- 6-12 years of experience in strategy or business operations, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology company.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence for stakeholder alignment.
- Strong bias to action and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
- Must be authorized to work in the US and reside in an eligible state.
