Senior Manager, Strategy Operations - Data & Analytics (Data & Analytics): Own DNA’s quarterly business review operating system and drive planning, strategy communication, and cross-functional operating mechanisms with an accent on executive narratives, investment theses, and multi-stakeholder program execution. Focus on pressure-testing data and AI investment assumptions, building scalable operating artifacts, and aligning strategy to enterprise OKRs and business rhythms.

Salary: $175,500.00 - $201,825.00 per year

What you will do

  • Run DNA’s quarterly business review process end-to-end, including structure, narrative, preparation, and facilitation.
  • Lead planning processes connecting DNA priorities to enterprise OKRs and cross-functional operating forums.
  • Develop and pressure-test DNA’s annual and long-range strategy with investment theses, capability roadmaps, and organizational direction.
  • Identify and synthesize emerging opportunities in data, analytics, and AI to create business value.
  • Drive ambiguous, high-impact special projects requiring sustained alignment across multiple functions and senior stakeholders.
  • Translate strategy into executive narratives, pre-reads, decision frameworks, and scalable operating artifacts.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in strategy, analytics, consulting, or business operations, with experience at the intersection of data and organizational strategy.
  • Strong data and analytics fluency to pressure-test assumptions and evaluate AI and data investments with technical leaders.
  • Proven ability to write and present strategic materials for C-suite and senior leadership audiences (e.g., executive narratives, investment cases, QBR decks).
  • Experience owning complex planning and review processes across a function or organization.
  • Strong program management skills to run multi-threaded, cross-functional initiatives with clarity and accountability.
  • Ability to influence without authority across senior stakeholders in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
