Salary: $175,500.00 - $201,825.00 per year

What you will do
- Run DNA’s quarterly business review process end-to-end, including structure, narrative, preparation, and facilitation.
- Lead planning processes connecting DNA priorities to enterprise OKRs and cross-functional operating forums.
- Develop and pressure-test DNA’s annual and long-range strategy with investment theses, capability roadmaps, and organizational direction.
- Identify and synthesize emerging opportunities in data, analytics, and AI to create business value.
- Drive ambiguous, high-impact special projects requiring sustained alignment across multiple functions and senior stakeholders.
- Translate strategy into executive narratives, pre-reads, decision frameworks, and scalable operating artifacts.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years in strategy, analytics, consulting, or business operations, with experience at the intersection of data and organizational strategy.
- Strong data and analytics fluency to pressure-test assumptions and evaluate AI and data investments with technical leaders.
- Proven ability to write and present strategic materials for C-suite and senior leadership audiences (e.g., executive narratives, investment cases, QBR decks).
- Experience owning complex planning and review processes across a function or organization.
- Strong program management skills to run multi-threaded, cross-functional initiatives with clarity and accountability.
- Ability to influence without authority across senior stakeholders in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
