What you will do

• Co-design the future-state, AI-enabled HR operating model across the employee lifecycle in partnership with HR leaders and SMEs.
• Architect integrated employee journeys connecting platforms including Workday, ServiceNow, and hirify.global Cloud.
• Define orchestration logic, automation triggers, and AI intervention points for intuitive and scalable global workflows.
• Advise HR leadership on leveraging AI for personalization, insight generation, and decision support to reduce low-value work.
• Develop impact models to quantify operational gains such as cycle time reduction and cost-to-serve improvements.
• Partner with IT and HRIS teams to bridge business intent with technical feasibility and enterprise architecture standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR operations, service delivery design, digital transformation, or enterprise workflow architecture.
• Proven success redesigning end-to-end processes and operating models in technology-enabled environments.
• Deep experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and orchestration technologies like hirify.global Cloud.
• Ability to evaluate AI and automation use cases using structured frameworks for value, feasibility, and risk.
• Strong analytical capability to model operational impact and capacity shifts.
• Must be based in the USA.
