What you will do
- Design and maintain a unified Marketing OS to automate the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing programs.
- Deploy LLMs (Gemini, Claude, GPT-4) as logic layers to automate content personalization, lead research, and campaign triggers.
- Build automation waterfalls using platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Clay to link internal data with external market signals.
- Partner with Marketing Ops, Data Science, and Product teams to integrate the Marketing OS with core data infrastructure.
- Replace manual marketing tasks with automated agents for regional trend identification and performance reporting.
- Experiment with prompt engineering and new AI tools to improve the speed and ROI of GTM initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be based in Israel.
- 3-5 years of experience in GTM Operations, Growth Engineering, or RevOps.
- Deep technical fluency with LLMs (Gemini, Claude) and their application to business logic and outbound automation.
- Proficiency in automation platforms (Make/n8n) and data enrichment tools (Clay).
- Strong understanding of API integrations.
- Ability to translate complex technical architectures into clear business outcomes for stakeholders.
