What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders to align people plans with business growth and transformation.
• Partner with leadership on organization design, workforce planning, and succession strategy.
• Lead change management initiatives, advising on communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Coach managers to improve leadership effectiveness and team performance.
• Use workforce analytics to identify trends and recommend actions to improve retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR Centers of Excellence to manage headcount and enterprise programs.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of strategic experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Strong ability to translate business goals into actionable HR strategies.
• Experience managing detailed work such as headcount tracking and planning.
• Proficiency in employment law and stakeholder management.
• Must be based in Hoboken, NJ, USA.
