What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications based on task analysis.
• Source candidates via databases, social media, and employee referrals using Workable software.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Execute the onboarding process to ensure new employees are fully integrated.
• Provide documented recruiting reports and maintain accurate records for right-to-work compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency), preferably within the Gaming Industry.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
• Experience with various selection processes, including video and phone interviewing.
• Hands-on experience with Workable and HRIS/HRMS software.
• Ability to manage high workloads through effective multitasking and prioritization.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
