What you will do

• Deliver early career programs across the EU, keeping timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders aligned.
• Build and maintain trackers, workflows, and tools to support program operations and onboarding.
• Manage day-to-day execution, including cohort coordination and participant support.
• Partner with hiring managers and the Talent team to support recruiting processes and candidate handoffs.
• Coordinate program touchpoints such as onboarding sessions, learning events, and final presentations.
• Contribute to EU campus engagement and pipeline-building efforts in alignment with broader strategy.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in program coordination, recruiting, or HR operations.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to build structure within complex workflows.
• Experience planning and executing in-person or virtual events.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Sheets) and familiarity with ATS like Greenhouse.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the EU as needed.
