What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle from initial customer quote and feasibility analysis through end-of-life planning.
• Lead global, cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain Planning, Business Operations, Marketing, and Quality.
• Coordinate with external manufacturing partners (foundry, assembly, test, logistics) to ensure readiness and sustained supply.
• Manage program KPIs such as schedule adherence, on-time delivery, cost targets, and supply health.
• Plan and execute end-of-life (EOL) strategies, including final demand alignment and last-time buys.
• Provide status updates to senior leadership and moderate global meetings across different time zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–15 years of experience in program management, supply chain, or product lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with tools such as Agile, Oracle ERP, Kinaxis, and Power BI.
• Experience managing global teams and suppliers, ideally in a high-tech or semiconductor environment.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable U.S. law (EAR).
