What you will do

• Manage supplier-related tasks and oversee equipment installation and qualification (IQ) processes across different tool tiers.
• Establish control standards and KPIs to monitor supplier performance, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead strategic IQ labor planning using Power BI to create platform-level labor waterfalls.
• Coordinate with Area Coordinators and lead teams focused on Tier 1 suppliers to remove execution roadblocks.
• Drive supplier improvements in quality, reliability, yield, and cost to align with operational requirements.
• Identify and manage vendor acceleration activities to support shifting process priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in equipment expertise, program management, or factory ramping/sustaining.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for creating dashboards and capacity visuals.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Direct experience working with external suppliers.
• Knowledge of foundry factory ramp planning processes.
• Understanding of foundry re-use business processes.
