What you will do

• Lead strategic relationships with EMS and engineering design service providers through executive governance.
• Develop and execute commodity strategies aligning cost, capacity, and technology roadmaps with business goals.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, including pricing and long-term supplier arrangements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introduction and production execution.
• Drive supply continuity through capacity planning, risk mitigation, and performance management.
• Mentor supplier development and resolve operational issues to strengthen long-term capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or supplier management in a technology environment.
• Strong experience managing complex supplier relationships and leading commercial negotiations.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be local to North Reading, MA, US.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor or electronics industry experience.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS in Supply Chain/Engineering.
• Background in contract development and lifecycle risk mitigation.
