What you will do
- Lead the evolution of core talent cycles, including performance management, 360-degree feedback, and promotion frameworks.
- Architect standardized competency models and career ladders to provide transparent growth trajectories globally.
- Design and facilitate the talent review process to identify high-potential leaders and build succession pipelines.
- Own the TMR integrated roadmap, maintaining visibility into project health and resource allocation.
- Establish a lean project management methodology that prioritizes speed and impact over administrative overhead.
- Develop an enterprise performance framework and dashboards to measure the ROI of people programs.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Talent Management, People Operations, and portfolio/program management.
- Proven track record of building or leading a PMO and shipping complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Depth in modern talent practices: performance systems, org design, and succession planning.
- Expert operational rigor with program/project management frameworks (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean).
- Strong data fluency and a product mindset for designing people analytics dashboards.
- Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

- Deep understanding of performance psychology and organizational design.
- Expert-level proficiency in process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.
- Curiosity and experience with AI tools applied to talent design and analytics.
