Senior Manager, Learning, Development & Performance Business Partner (Gamedev): Partnering with senior leaders to drive business strategy through talent development, performance management, and leadership capability with an accent on organizational alignment and data-driven insights. Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Santa Monica, California
Salary: $105,120 – $194,400

What you will do
- Partner with senior leadership to translate business objectives into effective learning and performance strategies.
- Lead the deployment of performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning processes.
- Conduct needs analysis to design and implement targeted learning and leadership development solutions.
- Act as a cultural advocate, embedding core values and leadership expectations throughout the organization.
- Utilize KPIs and data insights to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets and oversee external vendor relationships to ensure high-quality delivery of programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of direct experience in Learning and Development or related HR fields.
- 2+ years of prior management experience.
- Expertise in scaling global learning programs within a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to present to executives and manage multiple complex global projects.
- Demonstrated experience using data to measure learning effectiveness and identify insights.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a related field or relevant professional certifications.
- Expertise in adult learning modalities and learning experience design.
- Knowledge of upskilling and reskilling vendors and external partners.
