Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the US, but not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.

Salary: $155,520–$194,400 (based on specific US states).

What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between the global Talent Experience team and R&D leadership.
• Design and execute localization strategies that adapt global HR programs to R&D business needs.
• Build robust leadership pipelines and guide executive readiness for VP/SVP levels.
• Partner with business leaders to implement talent development approaches, including calibration and succession planning.
• Assess employee skills and performance to ensure effective rewarding, promotion, and management.
• Maintain a functional talent and engagement scorecard to track program outcomes and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in HRBP, talent management, or talent development roles.
• Prior experience partnering with Engineering, Product, or R&D organizations in a global tech company.
• Deep understanding of cyclical HR processes like performance management and compensation.
• Proven track record of working directly with senior leadership on succession planning and executive development.
• Excellent consultative and influencing skills without direct authority.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US and reside in an eligible state.
