TL;DR
Talent & Culture Partner (R&D): Driving global talent and culture programs for the R&D organization with an accent on aligning enterprise HR cycles with Product and Engineering strategic goals. Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the US, but not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.
Salary: $155,520–$194,400 (based on specific US states).

What you will do
- Serve as the primary liaison between the global Talent Experience team and R&D leadership.
- Design and execute localization strategies that adapt global HR programs to R&D business needs.
- Build robust leadership pipelines and guide executive readiness for VP/SVP levels.
- Partner with business leaders to implement talent development approaches, including calibration and succession planning.
- Assess employee skills and performance to ensure effective rewarding, promotion, and management.
- Maintain a functional talent and engagement scorecard to track program outcomes and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in HRBP, talent management, or talent development roles.
- Prior experience partnering with Engineering, Product, or R&D organizations in a global tech company.
- Deep understanding of cyclical HR processes like performance management and compensation.
- Proven track record of working directly with senior leadership on succession planning and executive development.
- Excellent consultative and influencing skills without direct authority.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US and reside in an eligible state.
