What you will do

• Lead the month-end close process to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Manage reporting and relationships with the Brazil Central Bank
• Handle monthly tax filings, including income and payroll taxes, and annual returns
• Automate and improve accounting processes in collaboration with the accounting team
• Partner with the product team to develop features improving product functionality
• Support AP processes and design internal controls and policies

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in public accounting, financial institutions, startups, or fintech
• 2+ years of experience at a Big4 firm
• Proven experience with regulated entities and the Brazil Central Bank
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Macros
• Experience with national tax portals
• Fluent English proficiency for internal global communication
