What you will do

• Connect to customer RFMS/RollMaster databases to perform remote accounting services.
• Execute recurring bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Perform month-end journal entries, system balancing, and WIP labor accruals.
• Reconcile key control accounts including AR, AP, customer deposits, inventory, sales, and COGS.
• Generate and validate Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports.
• Collaborate with customers to assess accounting needs and resolve imbalances.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in bookkeeping, financial operations, or month-end close.
• Strong knowledge of accrual accounting, journal entries, and general ledger balancing.
• Experience preparing financial statements and working with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be based in São Paulo for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience in construction, retail, or project-based accounting environments.
• Familiarity with RFMS or RollMaster systems.
• Experience supporting outsourced or managed accounting services.
