What you will do

  • Support consolidated global financial reporting, including income statements, KPIs, and performance trends.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise-level FP&A processes for consistent deployment across global teams.
  • Prepare executive and Board-level reporting, including variance analysis and key performance drivers.
  • Drive process automation and scalability by improving data flows and introducing AI-enabled analytics.
  • Partner with Accounting, Data, and Systems teams to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Support ad hoc strategic initiatives and performance improvement projects.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
  • Must be based in Brazil and comfortable working across time zones in a global, English-speaking environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and SaaS metrics.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Interest in process automation, analytics modernization, or AI applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
