• Act as the designated AML/CTF Compliance Officer under Brazilian law.
• Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and risk assessments for local products.
• Manage relationships with the Central Bank of Brazil and COAF, coordinating regulatory reporting.
• Implement risk-based KYC, transaction monitoring, and watchlist screening.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Business Development to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Prepare periodic reports for local Senior Management and the Board of Directors.

Требования

• 7+ years of AML/CTF and sanctions experience in a financial services firm regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and verbal).
• Operational knowledge of regulatory requirements for payment institutions in Brazil.
• Experience with digital currency exchanges and payments compliance management.
• Ability to present complex compliance topics to senior management and regulators.
