What you will do

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and periodic financial revisions.
• Analyze budget versus actual variances to identify financial drivers and risks.
• Act as a strategic business partner to the Commercial team for business case and P&L reviews.
• Perform monthly management closing processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Design and maintain analytical dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Automate financial processes using technologies like Python, VBA, or RPA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A roles.
• Strong command of P&L, EBITDA, cash flow, and financial modeling.
• Advanced English proficiency for global reporting and interaction.
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query and complex financial modeling.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategic insights.

Nice to have

• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for automation and data analysis.
• Experience with Tableau.
