What you will do

• Plan, execute, and report risk-based internal audits over end-to-end accounting and finance processes like revenue recognition, P2P, and FP&A.
• Perform SOX/ICFR design and operating effectiveness testing, including walkthroughs and deficiency evaluations.
• Use data analytics tools (SQL, Python, BI) to test large datasets, detect anomalies, and enhance audit coverage.
• Assess control impacts from new products, SAP systems, process changes, and reorganizations, providing recommendations.
• Prepare structured audit reports, follow up on remediation, and coordinate with external auditors.
• Build stakeholder relationships and contribute to audit methodology evolution via automation and AI analytics.

Requirements

• Fluency in English required.
• 5+ years in external/internal audit (Big Four or leading companies), preferably in financial services/fintech/payments.
• Solid SOX experience in control design and operating effectiveness testing.
• Strong knowledge of risk/control frameworks (COSO) and accounting standards (IFRS).
• Advanced data skills mandatory: SQL, Python, BI tools for audit testing.
• Experience with SAP (FI/CO modules) required or strongly preferred.
• University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics; certifications a plus.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills for fast-paced multi-country environment.
