What you will do

• Engage US customers to accelerate value realization and ensure business outcomes are met through product consumption.
• Manage a broad US portfolio, delivering high-quality engagement and anticipating customer needs.
• Facilitate regular executive touchpoints and customer meetings to measure progress and business impact.
• Develop and document account strategies in Customer Engagement Plans to forecast risk and drive retention.
• Identify expansion opportunities to grow the company's footprint through additional services and capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, implementation, and commercial teams to achieve successful customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Success, Engagement, Account Management, or Sales.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS models and value-based engagement.
• Strong business and financial acumen; treasury domain expertise is a plus.
• Proven track record of driving client adoption, retention, and growth.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous or fast-moving environments.
• Must be based in Illinois (IL).
