TL;DR

Go-To-Market Strategist (SaaS): Designing and optimizing the revenue operations engine for a developer-focused Postgres platform with an accent on pipeline health, forecasting, and GTM capacity planning. Focus on building a single source of truth for revenue data, iterating on coverage models, and scaling product-led growth (PLG) motions.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end revenue operations strategy for customer success and field engineering.
  • Build and maintain a single source of truth for revenue data across HubSpot, BigQuery, and Hex.
  • Design and iterate on coverage models, segmentation, and quota structures that align with developer buying patterns.
  • Define and track critical GTM metrics from top-of-funnel conversion to NRR to drive actionable insights.
  • Lead the RevOps roadmap, prioritizing tooling investments and managing vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with Finance on revenue forecasting and accrual accuracy to align GTM and financial models.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy Consulting, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS or developer-tools company.
  • Proficiency in the GTM stack: HubSpot, BigQuery, and Hightouch.
  • Ability to write SQL comfortably for independent data analysis.
  • Experience overhauling sales processes, forecasting cadences, or territory models in high-growth environments.
  • Deep understanding of product-led growth (PLG) motions, including PLS and usage-based triggers.
  • Clear communication skills across Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
