What you will do

• Drive high-impact initiatives across product, growth, pricing, and creator economics.
• Perform deep-dive quantitative analyses on core metrics such as creator churn and reader LTV using SQL.
• Conduct rigorous competitive analysis and market mapping to identify new expansion vectors.
• Partner directly with the CEO and CFO to translate operational data into actionable executive decisions.
• Design and manage business cadence, including KPI tracking and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead and mentor a lean team of operators while remaining hands-on with analytical work.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience, including foundational years at a top-tier management consulting firm or investment bank.
• Proven BizOps or Strategy experience at a fast-growing tech company.
• Must be based in San Francisco for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Advanced proficiency in quantitative modeling and data manipulation (Advanced SQL, Excel).
• Experience with Python or R is a plus.
• Executive-level communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
