TL;DR

Head of GTM Operations (SaaS): Designing, implementing, and measuring the end-to-end customer journey across PLG and SLG motions with an accent on cross-functional GTM alignment and operational scale. Focus on leading multi-tiered teams across Sales, Partner, PS, and CS Operations to drive transformational GTM change.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California (Must work from office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)

Salary: $300,000 - $350,000 per year

What you will do

  • Design and execute the end-to-end customer journey from acquisition to renewal across self-serve, sales-led, and partner-led motions.
  • Lead and coach managers and ICs across Sales, Partner, Professional Services, and Customer Success Operations.
  • Oversee sales planning, territory design, quota setting, and capacity modeling to ensure pipeline health and forecasting accuracy.
  • Build operational infrastructure for the partner ecosystem, including onboarding, performance tracking, and co-sell coordination.
  • Manage PS capacity planning, project intake, and billing coordination while defining delivery quality metrics.
  • Define and report on key GTM metrics (win rates, NRR, pipeline velocity) and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or GTM Operations.
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams, specifically managing other managers.
  • Deep fluency in B2B SaaS GTM models, including pipeline and renewal forecasting.
  • Broad functional expertise across Sales, Partner, CS, or Professional Services Ops.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, CA to support the hybrid office requirement.

Nice to have

  • Experience in PLG or hybrid PLG + sales-led environments.
  • Prior experience scaling partner or channel ecosystems.
  • Background in Professional Services or implementation teams.
  • Hands-on experience with GTM tooling like Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari, or Gong.
