What you will do

• Define annual content vision and thematic pillars covering AI infrastructure, cloud, networking, and sustainability.
• Design multi-track agendas and innovative session formats, including keynotes and technical deep-dives.
• Recruit high-profile speakers and manage an Industry Advisory Board of senior leaders.
• Partner with commercial and marketing teams to create sponsorship opportunities and drive audience growth.
• Manage program timelines, budgets, and end-to-end event-day content operations.
• Build strategic relationships with standards organizations, research institutions, and industry associations.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York for a hybrid work arrangement.
• 5+ years of experience producing and directing B2B technology conferences or executive-level events.
• Proven track record in developing conference agendas and recruiting senior-level speakers.
• Strong understanding of digital infrastructure, AI, cloud, data centers, or telecommunications.
• Exceptional ability to build relationships with C-level executives and industry experts.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
